1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Not open to employees, representatives, or agents (and those with whom they are domiciled, whether related or not) of Sweet Streams, its advertising and promotional agencies, or affiliates.

2. Contest Period

• Entry period opens: 

• Entry deadline: Sep 19, 2025 

• Winner announced: On Sweet Streams Grand Opening

3. How to Enter

• Enter online by filling out the form above.

• Only one entry per person is allowed.

• No purchase necessary to enter.

• All entries must be received by the contest deadline.

4. Prize

• One (1) Grand Prize: “Free Dirty Soda for a Year”, which includes one (1) free dirty soda per week for 52 weeks.

• Prize is redeemable only in person at Sweet Streams, 1326 Water Street, Kelowna, BC.

• Prize has an estimated retail value of approximately $364 CAD (based on maximum $7 per soda).

• Total number of prizes: 1

• Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.

• Maximum one (1) dirty soda may be redeemed per week. Redemption must occur in-store and is subject to operating hours and product availability.

• Prize expires one (1) year from Sweet Streams’ grand opening date.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

• Winner will be contacted via email, or phone.

• If a selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, or fails to correctly answer a skill-testing question, a new winner will be selected.

6. Skill-Testing Question

• To comply with the Criminal Code of Canada, the selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance (e.g., 10 + 5 x 2 – 3 = ?).

7. Publicity & Privacy

• By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name, city of residence, and any submitted photos for promotional purposes by Sweet Streams without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared or sold.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sweet Streams is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or any technical malfunctions.

• Sweet Streams reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control compromise the integrity of the contest.

9. General Conditions

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sweet Streams, which shall be final.

• Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
